Being a Dietician by profession, I worked in Healthcare sector for more than 10 years but that was my TEACHING part where I was demonstrating the possibilities but after my pregnancy when I gained nearly 20 KG the LEARNING part came my way where I had to make everything possible for myself…. Being a part of HEALTHY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE, I lost 18 KG post pregnancy in 5 months and maintaining that over 3 yrs. I am a proud to be a Dietician, Proud to be a mother but more than that my body is proud of my one decision I made 3 years back.
